Today

I actually have time to write what I ate so far today. My appetite is fully back. No more stomach upset as a crutch. I am back on my own.

Breakfast:
Banana Lg
1/2 wheat bagel with 2 tblsp cream cheese
Coffee w/ 2% 2 oz and 2 creamers

Lunch
Chicken ravioli with cream sauce 1 1/2c
Choc chip cookie
2 choc kisses

Snack
Coffee 1/2 and 1/2 1 oz and 2 sugars
Sugar snap peas 4 oz
1 peanut butter waffer
1 choc

Dinner
I have no idea yet

Dessert
Gelato

Exercise
Bike to work 45 min
Bike to hair 30 min

Love Day

I hope you are celebrating the love today and not focusing on stuff. I am hoping not to focus on food or stuff and enjoying a little love with the family. Of course I have to work 10 hours so there's not much time for Love but we'll try fit it in.

Well, here's what I ate yesterday. I know this is mainly for my own benefit but here goes.

Breakfast
Lg. Banana
Bagel cin/raisin (Noah) 4 tblsp cream cheese
Coffee 2 oz 2% and 2 creamers

Lunch
Chicken rice soup 3/4c
Biscuit 3/4
Sugar snap peas
Spinach salad with dressing
Chocolate cake 5oz

Dinner
Lg. salad carrots, beets, tomatoes 3 tbsp dressing 1/4 beans and corn
4 Prunes

Exercise
2 mile run
45 min bike to work
50 min bike home
