I think I am eating too much on the weekends. I have a harder time at home than at work for several reasons. One I share food or eat leftovers from the kids and somewhat healthy food is available all the time but I still should not eat very much when I am not exercising as much on the weekends.
Breakfast
Toast 2 pc with butter and 1 with 2 tblsp peanut butter and 1 tblsp jam
1 1/2 bananas (see I finished Macey's banana)
Lunch
1 carrot
2 c noodles with meat sauce and clam sauce
Snack
Pirate booty 1c
less than 1/4 c peanuts
Dinner
Salad 1 1/2 c lettuce
1/2 shreaded beets
1/4 c shreaded carrots
4 grape tomatoes
Salad dressing 2 tblsp
Dessert
1/4 c Yogurt
1 beer IPA
I am sure I forgot a few little things in there. The only exercise was a little sprinting/running with Elliott in the rain. I'll try for a 3 mile run tomorrow.
