So I went running this AM. I had a kid's song stuck in my head. I'm singing, "The old grey mare she ain't what she used to be, she ain't what she used to be many long years ago." I certainly don't feel old but that is sooo appropriate to my current situation. I am glad my body still allows me to run and I hope it can keep up with my spirit.

3 brocolli pc with dip
Lunch
Brown rice 1c
Curry squash and zucinni 1/4c
Jai Pur veggies (1/2 pkt)
Nuts a few
Snack
5oz Chocolate pudding
1 1/2 pc chocolate candies
Dinner
Salad with 4 grape tomatoes, shreaded carrots, shreaded beets 3 tblsp dressing
Shells and white cheddar 1 c
Dessert
Chocolate chocolate chip protein bar - 4oz
Exercise- My alarm didn't go off so I didn't wake up until 5:30. Therefore, no running
Bike to work 45 min
Bike home 55 min
