Lunch
Rice 1 1/2c
Beans 3/4c
Cheese 2 oz
2 carrots
yogurt 6oz
1 tblsp honey

Snack
Chai tea 2% milk 2oz
3 sugar pk
1 pc Chocolate
2 oz nuts (mixed)

Dinner
Hamburger 3oz
Beans 3-4oz
Chips 1oz
Rice 1/2c

Dessert
2 Mandarine Oranges

Exercise
40 min bike to work
20 min upper body weights and abs
55 min bike home against the wind
