Hmmm, I don't really know what I ate yesterday because I didn't keep very good track. I know I didn't really eat lunch except a few bites here and there. I also didn't do any exercise on Sat or Sun. I did have 1- 1 1/2 Mochi for snack and Nachos for dinner and no veggies. I have no idea how many calories are in a Mochi but I assume not much.
Now for today. I am really not off to a great start but it could be worse. Macey slept terriblly last night. I think only a few hours at first and then fell asleep when the alarm clock went off at 4:30 am. Well, I wanted some breakfast when I got up at 5 am and of course was hungry by 8 am. It was snowy so I drove to work. Man I need me some exercise. Hopefully, children and weather will be more helpful tomorrow.

Breakfast
2 pc Toast
1 w/ butter (1tblsp)
1 w/ PB (2 1/2 tblsp) and Jelly (1 tblsp)
Coffee w/ 8oz 2% and 3 creamers

Snack
1 pc toast with 2 tblsp PB and 1/2 tblsp jelly

Lunch
Turkey chili 8-10 oz
Carrot 1 raw
Cake 3-4 oz

Snack
Chai tea 3 oz 2% milk and 3 sugars
2 bites cake (hmm, so much for the carrot and orange snack)

Dinner
Lg Salad with 5 tomatoes
Shreaded carrots and beets
1/4c beans
salad dressing 2 tblsp
1 c spaghetti noodles with 1 tblsp pesto
1 mandarine orange (Macey asked for but didn't eat)
