Diet

Well, I didn't get the food written down for the 24 so here's what I ate today.
I did ride to work 40 min and lift weights 20 min (upper body and situps)
Breakfast
Coffee with sugar free creamer probably about 2 oz
Banana 1 1/2
Toast with butter 1 pc
Oatbran 4 oz
Lunch
Veggie Sandwich from Grand Central Bakery with...
Cucumber
Lettuce
Cream Cheese
Coffee with NF milk and Hazelnut flavoring
Snack
1/4 lg Fuji Apple with about 1 tblsp peanut butter
Dinner
Chicken 4 oz
Zucinni and Squash with curry about 6 oz
and a couple bites of yogurt
Today I rode my bike about 40 min to a client's house and back and went to the pool and played
