Diet Monitoring

I am also working on losing weight.
I am currently 167.
My goal is 143.
To lose weight I am focusing on increasing veggies, planning my food for the day, writing what I eat and of course exercise.

Breakfast
Banana
Raisin Bran 1 1/4c
NF milk 6oz
Coffee 2% milk 2oz and Creamer x3

Lunch
Rice 3/4c
JaiPur Veggies 6oz
2 carrots
3 Mandarine Oranges

Snack
1 3/4 chocolates
Coffee 2% milk 2oz and Creamer x4

Dinner
Taco Salad
2-3 oz Hamburger
1 oz cheese
2 oz black beans
Lettuce
Shreaded carrots and beets
1 oz dressing

Dessert
4 oz Mango Yogurt
3 prunes
